Patient Participation Group

The  Patient Participation Group (PPG) is a voluntary group of patients, carers, and GP practice staff who meet regularly to discuss the practice's services and patient experience to identify and implement improvements.

Required for every GP practice in the UK, PPGs aim to put the patient at the heart of the practice by improving services, fostering better communication, and ensuring patient needs are heard and represented.

The group meets four or five times a year at the practice premises.

The aim of the group is to work collaboratively with the practice staff to improve the patient experience.

No prior experience or medical knowledge is required but if you have an interest in joining the group please contact Jane Wilson at the surgery
